Senior Project at Cascade Health Alliance
In October of 2018 I started work on a DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) improvement project at Cascade Health Alliance in Klamath Falls, OR. This project is aimed at improving the grievance capture rate within the organization, allowing Cascade Health Alliance to better serve their members and their community.
Construction Lead at Akery Construction
Starting in 2014, I began working at Akery Construction in Medford, OR each summer. I have taken on a variety of roles, and in more recent years have developed firsthand knowledge and skills of project and site management. My years of experience at Akery Construction have helped me develop the ability to lead and communicate with employees, as well as develop, train, and motivate.
