I am a 2019 graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology with a degree in Operations Management and a minor in Coaching.
Throughout the course of my academic career I have enjoyed the benefit of hands on learning, committed faculty with industry knowledge, and access to technology used in professional settings. I am well prepared and excited to use the skills and tools I have learned in my future career.
Professional
I recently completed my Senior Project for Cascade Health Alliance in Klamath Falls, OR. Using DMAIC methodology, I worked to improve the grievance capture standard within this organization. The result was an 800% improvement in our primary metric.

Besides projects I have completed as a student, I have also been employed in a full time summer role at Akery Construction in Medford, OR for the last 5 years, taking on more responsibility each year.
